Morrison Law Office – Commercial Tenant Improvement

Active Project. Full gut renovation of a 2800sq ft law office suite within an occupied commercial building. This project required detailed coordination of demolition, new HVAC and utility infrastructure, and phased construction to minimize disruption to surrounding tenants.

Scope of work included:

-Complete interior demolition and rebuild
-New HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
-Private offices, conference rooms, and open workspace
-Heated-floor bathrooms
-Full breakroom with kitchen, washer, and dryer
